Poco F4 GT launched with Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chip, 120Hz screen and 120W charging

Poco has recently launched a new generation of Poco F, the F4 GT, with the highlight of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chip, 120Hz screen and 120W charging.

This new generation of Poco F4 GT will be equipped with the latest and most powerful Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chip, and also equipped with the new LiquidCool 3.0 technology with two cooling chambers. Compared to the Poco F3 generation, only version 1.0 is used. The new version will have a 170% larger chamber. Accompanying the huge chip will be the Adreno 730 GPU which is said to be 50% faster than its predecessor.

Poco F4 GT also has a flat 6.67-inch AMOLED screen with the ability to display 10-bit 1 billion colors and has a refresh rate of 120Hz. Screen quality is rated A+ by DisplayMate, which is very high, reaching 15 points. The screen also has a significantly upgraded 480 Hz touch sampling rate for good response. Like the GT models for gaming, the machine will have more buttons on the side.

The Poco F4 GT is also equipped with 120W HyperCharge fast charging that will fully recharge the internal 4,700mAh battery in just 17 minutes. There is also a mode that allows you to both charge and play games at a rate of 27 minutes to fully recharge, but significantly reduce the temperature. Especially in the product box, there is also a curved USB-C cable so you can hold the game while charging more comfortably.

Regarding the camera, the device is equipped with two image sensors from Sony with one IMX686 at the back with 64 MP 1/1.73-inch F1.9 size. There’s also an 8MP 120° F2.2 ultra-wide-angle camera, and there’s also a 2MP macro camera. The sensor of the selfie camera is a Sony IMX596 with 20MP resolution equipped at the top of the punch-hole screen.

Poco also introduces a premium service package that includes free screen repair after the first 6 months of purchase. It also comes with 2 months of YouTube Premium. The price of the phone is around 600 Euros for the 8/128GB model and 700 Euros for the 12/256GB.
